We purchased a new roller blind for our bathroom, and we had a lovely experience. Their choice of materials and designs was excellent and although we fitted it ourselves, (they do normally fit) they came out to measure to ensure everything was correct. The blind was delivered on time and beautifully made with a lovely chrome operating chain (not plastic), and it fitted perfectly. We would highly recommend them, and we will certainly return.

We've used Vanilla for all our curtains as they are local to us. Our latest job was so complicated as we were moving curtains out of various rooms into others which meant some needed altering, poles and blinds needed moving - and we needed everything quickly to coincide with building work we were having done. Nicola, Mike, Brent and the rest of the team were just brilliant - went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed in time for my mum to move into her new granny flat!
