Massive THANKYOU to Luke who picked us up from the airport last night! I don’t usually put reviews on but I had to say what a great service we received and we will definitely be using you in the future!

Well can I what should I say first? My 20 year old daughter and 2 friends got stranded in Church Fenton train station tonight and you went well above the call of duty. My call log proves that as we made 10 calls between ourselves. You couldnt get them all the way home as you had other customer tonight but you suggested you pick them up so they safe and take them to York which you did.... only 10 minutes from us agreeing this you had them in your warm car! Amazing.... then not only this you got them to a York Taxi company and arranged for them to get back home. Unbelievable service!I cant thank you enough... we have the girls home safe and in bed thanks to you. Wish the world had more people in it like you! Regards Ssm from Beverley

Absolute shambles of a company, booked the car a month prior, on the day, waited at a wedding venue in the rain waiting for car, told it was running late, no problem… rang again, told it’s on the way, an hour later still no show. Luckily someone at the venue helped us out other wise would’ve been stuck in the middle of nowhere with no option to get home as everywhere else was booked up. Utter disgrace, do not use this company

Taxi pre booked and paid for in advance for a collection at a local wedding venue. Waited over 30 minutes and the taxi never turned up, had to arrange alternative arrangements. Also when called the number it said the firm were now closed. In the middle of nowhere, glad there were 3 of us and not just one of the party on their own. Friend rang the next day to make company aware only to be met by a rude receptionist talking over her. Would not recommend in the slightest

Stayed at the Tadcaster Travelodge last Saturday as me and my beloved were off to a house party in Appleton Roebuck I was extremely worried that as usual I'd forgotten the ONE task I was given, which was to arrange a car from the hotel and back. I'm delighted that after a couple of failed attempts with other companies who were already booked I found Bridge - what a lovely, friendly and professional service. From first call to driver there and then driver back everyone was so friendly. I hope the others on here who haven't given 5 stars reflect on the difficulties faced by small family firms and delete negative reviews. I can only imagine they did their best that evening and tried to solve issues not within their control as best they could. I'm not saying it takes much to impress me, I just very much appreciate welcoming and helpful folk. But it takes an awful lot for me to be so impressed I find them on google and share my positive experiences. Thanks Bridge Team - seriously impressive Tony x

Useless We booked a taxi 10 days in advance and they got the day wrong. One taxi even turned up we spoke to the driver and apparently it wasn't for us and he was in the wrong place and left without any passengers, leaving us in the middle of nowhere after midnight waiting an hour for another taxi to come from leeds. Funny thing, I have emails from bridge private hire Tadcaster. Somone must be faking you emails you should really look into that.

Booked a taxi for 18th Sept Tadcastert o Leeds (confirmed via email) over a week in advance. Left us stranded for over an hour in the middle of nowhere at midnight. Then proceeded to lie about the day it was booked for when we called , despite the fact we had email confirmation. No offer to sort it out and hung up on us. Now deny it happened at all. Extremely unprofessional DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

First time use and can highly recommend. Driver fantastic, phoned when she arrived as was a difficult location, very polite, friendly and put my 11 year old at ease as this was don't different for us. Definitely will use again.

Excellent, professional and very helpful! Good pricing also . I do Airbnb and found them to be extremely reliable which is very important to me. Thankfully they rang me to check on where to pick some guests up who were staying with me who’s venue was in the middle of no where! Thank you Jenny

Got an 8 seater taxi from one of your drivers I didn't get his name unfortunately but he was absolutely fantastic and went out of his way for us! On time, lovely to talk to and a brilliant journey! Dropped us off at Leeds festival and back to our hotel! Would definitely use this company again, thank you! From 8 very happy Cumbrians!
