No facilities for visiting drivers when stuck on site for long periods (broken trailer) other than toilets. I asked to use their canteen (which is the room next to the toilets) to get some food and drink and got refused and was told drivers aren't allowed to use them and was told if I needed anything I'd half to walk down the road and use the petrol station. If live loading you are forced to sit in these rank "waiting areas" in the lovely winter cold. Why drivers are treated in this way is beyond me.

Big company, some attitude problems.

Unloading typically takes about 30 minutes if there's no queue. The forklift drivers are knowledgeable. At the reception desk, you'll receive clear and uncomplicated instructions regarding health and safety and where to go for unloading.
