Today's visit security Gaurd very confrontational to a member of the public, over 65 who was taking photos outside the premises on a public footpath! Why do your security men be so rude and quote laws they no nothing about an utter disgrace

I had a good experience on my first visit to tadcaster, staff were helpful and polite, I was lucky that it was a drop and swap , so that's not to rule out having a bad experience like waiting hours on end to get loaded like at there Manchester yard

Outside drivers have no access to drinking water or any other facilities except toilets. Was thrown out of the kitchen when I wanted to use the microwave. That is exactly the reason why there is a shortage of drivers as we are being treated worse than prisoners. Have to wait for hours to be loaded and can't even fill up my bottle with water or heat up my food. Can't even fill up my bottle on the toilet as it doesn't fit under the tap and there is no sign if it is drinking water. Terrible place and a terrible company.

Staff really helpful and friendly. Layout is confusing if you're here for the first time and was sent to wrong place at first but staff were helpful in getting me to the right delivery point. You have to give keys to forklift driver and sit in a little shelter so be prepared if the weather is bad however was a fast tip so not too bad.

A large modern brewery, spread over a huge site. Alot of the brewing buildings are the originals, and date back hundreds of years. The intakes are quite slow, and could do with updating .The staff are mostly helpful and friendly, however there are quite a few rules to follow and the health and safety staff are watching.

In the middle of the heatway, they sent me to wait to a microcabin / shelter in the sun, while getting loaded. im sure that cabin is at over 40 Celsius, ( ohh sorry mate heineken policy.. for your own safety . So you put me in a 40 degrees shelter in the sun for my own safety .. thank you so much!! 🤣 When i'm about melting down and litteraly burnt by the sun i asked if there is a waiting room for driver where i can wait and the answer is .. aw no! sorry not anymore,not for contractors ... The most inhuman treatment i've received lately from a company.
