Useful bike shop, just caught it whilst out for a ride. Bought some brake pads ( they needed replacing), whilst Dave bought some tubes (as he'd just used one of my spares).

Great shop and staff, had excellent experience purchasing bike through cycle scheme. Owner went extra mile and delivered fully assembled bike to Leeds! Then again helped out with 6-week bike servicing on a very short notice. So far completed coast to coast challenge and had no issues with my bike, will be using this store for any further cycling needs. Thank you John and the rest of the Cyclesense team! :)

Easy to navigate website helping us to find a rare emtb available to buy now. Paul was very helpful but Kurt is the guru, he seems to live and breathe bikes and was so helpful in finding the right frame size using tech spec , reach and stack geometry and inside leg measurements (!) Curbside collection was ok with Kurt briefing us from a distance. Not only that he followed up with more advice with shock pumps and mudguards. Good job all round.

I can't recommend Cyclesense highly enough. The guys there, especially Kurt, made the experience of buying a bike painless, indulging my constant questions and changing plans to take possession of the bike. The Salsa Marrakesh they sold me rides like a dream. I could not be happier with the whole experience and bike.

Kurt and the team at Cyclesense have been excellent at getting me a new bike quickly, at a time where no other shop in the UK could get any stock. They went out of their way to arrange a courier to Scotland and process my Cyclescheme voucher in next to no time. Their comms has been as easy as face-to-face would be! Fantastic, professional and friendly customer service. I recently purchased a Giant Roam 4 from Cyclesense and the service I received was second to none. I called to check it was the right bike for my husband and Kurt was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. After confirming it was the right choice I ordered the bike online and received it 5 days later, all gears and brakes assembled. I then ran into difficulty with the final build and Kurt FaceTimed me and talked me through the assembly process which was incredibly helpful. The service I received was above and beyond and I would not hesitate to recommend Cyclesense to anyone.

Fantastic customer service! I ordered online and the next morning the shop called to confirm my order and ask if they could help with anything else. I dealt with Kurt and he was very easy to get on with and have a expert knowledge of all things bike related. All in all a great independent bike shop, I would recommend to anyone who wants a professional friendly bike shop to deal with to give these guys a go.

These guys are the best! In a time when affordable good bikes are like rocking horse poop I managed to find a few on their website so enquired online. Kurt called me the next day to talk through what I wanted/needed and advised on the best option. He has gone above and beyond, shared his extensive knowledge and experience, and provided outstanding customer service. Communication was fantastic. This is the first bike I have bought in years and I love it; the experience of buying it along with a load of accessories was made all the more enjoyable by Kurt. I will be using these guys for all my repairs and servicing as well as finding a bike for my little girl in due course. An extremely satisfied customer from across the ocean. I live in New York , Unites States and for the last several years have wanted a KOGA bike. A friend suggested I contact Dave at Cyclesense in Yorkshire. I emailed Dave to introduce myself and told him what I was looking for and within a few hours I had a response. After a couple of emails I called him on a Friday to talk more in detail about the bike I wanted and I decided to purchase it. The following Monday I got an email from Dave with the tracking number and it was delivered to me in the United States that same week on Thursday. I also received a nice logo coffee mug and hat from the shop which was a great surprise. I never walked in the store or even in the country its located but I felt like I was treated like a friend.
